The Nissan Titan: THE Truck For The Circuit Of The Americas

Nissan recently announced that the Circuit Of The Americas (COTA) cooperation has chosen the Nissan Titan to be their Official Truck. This is a major accomplishment and honor. Fred Diaz, division vice president and general manager of Nissan North America, Inc. and North America Trucks And Light Commercial Vehicles said, "Nissan is looking forward to a great partnership with COTA in the years ahead, where we can showcase our Nissan trucks in their natural setting - working hard every day."

Circuit Of The Americas is a facility in Austin, Texas, that hosts a wide variety of premier motorsports, like MotoGP, Pirelli World Challenge, IMSA, SCCA, and the legendary Formula 1 GrandPrix. There are also over 20 top-tier musical performances in the onsite amphitheater. Becoming the Official Truck of COTA means that the Nissan Titan and Titan XD trucks serve as the safety vehicles, track maintenance vehicles, and track sweeper vehicles for all of the races held at the COTA race tracks. This provides Nissan with the chance to prove just how amazing our trucks really are and how well they can handle anything that is put in front of them.

Nissan is also providing Circuit Of The Americas' safety chase team with a seven-passenger Armada SUV and a 565-horsepower GT-R pace and safety car. Each of these vehicles showcase how Nissan models can be for everyone, no matter if you want tough and rough, extra space, or speed and power. This opportunity is truly one-of-a-kind and we are thrilled to call these outstanding vehicles as our own Nissan trucks, SUVs, and racecars.
